Yep I did crouchpeek a lot and also only letting become of movement keys. My Elo is ever at around 1400.

Edit: I besides did realize that I am much more effective clearing angles since I pressed W a lot while doing that.

That's wild. Dorsum when I starting time started playing, the first and just thing I knew about counter strike coming in was that yous had to counter strafe and that's coming from a long time competitive COD player.

Idk either tbh. But it probably as well has to do with my casual friends. Information technology's non ever skilful being the all-time player (who tin't fifty-fifty counter strafe lmao) on the team I guess. Only my play-manner with how i was immigration corners was absolutely horrible no idea how no ane ever told me.

Fast ladder is probably also because I was not playing a lot of Nuke/ Train in the past few years.

Maybe someone told me in one case or twice but I probably ignored/ forgot information technology. I was avoiding a lot of the typical ladder maps like nuke or train in recent years so back-seating about that didn't really happen. And telling if someone is counter strafing correctly merely by watching isn't that easy to tell I gauge?

Not trying to be a dick just curious, had you never heard of terms like Advertising strafing/counter strafing, or did you simply misunderstand their significant? I find that AD strafing is commonplace in many games I play also counterstrike (even though they don't have the movement innacuracy that CS has)

I never played any other fps games before cs:become so I couldn't get it from past experience. Which game are you talking about btw. since I never came across it in any other game either, not even at present when I expect back at it. I played a little Apex/ CoD the last few years.

Misunderstood mostly. I did know about the term Counter strafing and likewise kinda used it when jiggle peeking. I always used either A or D or allow go of them but never both at the same time to stand still.
